Fair and equitable treatment in housing and real estate transacations is a right by Federal and State Law. The law provides some specific exemptions under limited conditions. There are no exemptions for discrimination based on race, color or a transaction that involves a real estate licensee. Discriminatory advertising is always prohibited in all circumstances.
